Subscription & Booking Steps

- After following, tap the Booking button at the bottom of the account interface.
- Select the desired attraction (e.g., Zhangjiajie National Forest Park), ticket type, visit date, and time slot.
- Enter passport details (full name, passport number) and personal information.
- Complete the payment via supported methods (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, WeChat Pay linked to a foreign card, etc.).
- Receive a digital QR code ticket and confirmation message; save both for entry.

Booking Steps
- Open WeChat, tap Discover → Mini Programs, or scan the QR code above to enter directly.
- The mini-program defaults to Chinese; tap the English button in the top-right corner to switch languages
- On the homepage, tap Tickets and select the target attraction (e.g., Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, Tianmen Mountain).
- Choose entry gate, visit date, and time slot (slots: 07:00–08:00, 08:00–09:00, …, 12:00–17:30).
- Tap Add Traveler and fill in passport information (full name, passport number, nationality).
- Confirm the order and pay via available methods (international credit cards, WeChat Pay, Alipay+).
- After successful payment, obtain a QR code and complete face collection (via the mini-program’s “My” → “Face Collection”) for faster entry.
3. Key Information for Foreign Visitors
3.1 Required Documents
- Valid passport (mandatory for real-name registration; passport details must match the visitor).
- Printed or digital copy of the ticket QR code (for entry inspection).
3.2 Booking Timeline
- Peak Season (May–October): Book 7–15 days in advance (Tianmen Mountain and Glass Bridge require 3+ days advance booking).
- Low Season (November–April): Book 1–3 days in advance.
- Ticket Validity: Zhangjiajie National Forest Park tickets are valid for 4 consecutive days with unlimited re-entry (only first entry requires a reserved time slot).
